Please call us on 07930 648 536 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a My CSL Member of Staff will let you know where the collection point is.

If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Please remove any personal belongings from your vehicle before leaving it with us. CSL do not accept any responsibility for possessions left in the vehicle. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

If you are running more than 30 minutes early or more than 30 minutes late for your designated drop off time, please call My CSL on 07930 648 536 to arrange another time slot.

Please keep your invoice safe as it is also used as your receipt of booking.

Collect your luggage. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL. A member of staff will then arrange a meeting point with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges. Customers are responsible for paying the car park exit fee upon their return. Fees should not exceed £10 providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation.

My CSL is a fully-insured limited company offering a number of secure parking solutions that will exceed your expectations. All My CSL drivers are fully insured and every employee you’ll encounter are professional and courteous. My CSL facilities come complete with CCTV, alarms and guard dogs so you know your vehicle is in safe hands.

My CSL Meet & Greet operates between 4am and midnight each day.

My CSL staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from their storage facilities, but the vehicle will remain under the owner’s insurance while stationary and being stored with My CSL.

My CSL has various car parks around the Stansted area, with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop-off location. Please allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in My CSL’s care in case of road closures or any events outside their control.

Please note that commercial and large vehicles are not accepted by this parking service. If you arrive with an unsuitable vehicle you will be charged for another space, i.e. the same amount already paid will be incurred and charged by My CSL when checking in.
